The 1NE SIDE TABLE was designed using digital fabrication technologies and developed in collaboration with Stephanie Luna and Valeria Geyne. The design is centered around a found, repurposed vintage wooden poster advertisement sourced from El Rastro in Madrid, giving new form and life to a discarded object. Inspired by the original poster, the side table was designed to highlight its details while appearing as a bent or distorted version of the poster itself.
Strategic cuts were made to define the tabletop and leg, while custom 3D-printed joints were applied to secure stability and structure. The design is further inspired by Issey Miyake’s concept of one-piece clothing, transforming a flat surface into a three-dimensional statement object.
